What to do if there is an issue:

If you received an item that is damaged or you received an item that is not as described or the item did not ship after 3 business days.
All purchases made on this site are backed by Mikes Music Market along with PayPal. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues between the Buyer and Seller but our role is as an intermediary only. We do not guarantee any purchase nor do we assume any liability for the seller or their products. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, you should first contact the seller as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery to inform them of the issues. We always recommend contacting the seller first, as most of issues are usually resolved directly between buyers and sellers. 

 

If your item arrives damaged:

Take pictures of any damage or any issues with respect to the item and then message the seller through Mikes Music Market messaging feature. It is important to always go through our site’s messaging service so everyone has a record of the issue.

Both you and/or the seller can file a claim with the shipping company. Be sure to hold on to any packaging materials as well as the box in which the item arrived in. The packaging is usually the best evidence to show if there was damaged sustained during shipping.

3) Please allow up to 48 hours for the seller to respond to your message. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours contact Mikes Music Market directly using the chat box or the “contact us” email.

4) If you need to return the item just click on “returns” and wait to receive return of item instructions. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with specific instructions. Follow the instructions as indicated. Once the item is back in the seller’s possession your refund should be initiated within 48 hours.

NOTE: If the seller does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the item, you can file a dispute through PayPal and/or message Mikes Music Market for further assistance.

If your item is not as described:

Message the seller through Mikes Music Market messaging feature and describe how the item is not as it was described on the site. It is important to always go through the sites messaging feature so everyone has a record of the issue. NOTE: We always recommend contacting the seller first, as most issues are resolved directly between buyers and sellers.

If the seller responds but you and the seller are unable to resolve the issue, contact Mikes Music Market directly using the chat box or the “contact us” email. We will make every effort to intervene and attempt to resolve the issue.

NOTE: You can also file a dispute through PayPal.

 

If you purchase an item and it didn't ship out after 3 business days:

Mikes Music Market allows three (3) business days for an item to ship. Tracking numbers are provided to track your item. If you have not received confirmation that your item has shipped within three (3) business days, contact the seller through our messaging feature for a status update. In the event the seller still does not respond, contact Mikes Music Market directly to allow us to intervene on your behalf.

 

Only buyers and sellers based in the USA are allowed on this site: 

Mike’s Music Market is only for USA based buyers and sellers. No worries or hassles of shipping items out of the USA. No worries or hassles of buying from a sellers out of the USA. No having to navigate through listings to find the sellers based in the USA. 

 

Do I have to have a PayPal account:

 All sellers are required to have a PayPal account to receive their payouts.

All buyers must use PayPal’s checkout service but are not required to have a PayPal account.

 

How much time do I have to pay for an item I purchased: 

Once a purchased is made the buyer has 72 hours to make their payment. After 72 hours the purchase can be canceled and you will receive a notice on your account. If you have to many notices your account can be suspended.

 

How long before my item gets shipped: 

Once the payment has cleared the seller has 72 hours in which to fulfill the order and add a valid tracking number. If the seller does not ship within 72 hours the purchase can be canceled and the seller will receive a notice on their account. If you have to many notices your account can be suspended. 

 

Why am I being charged tax:

State sales tax will be charged on orders shipping in the United States.  All online marketplaces are required to follow these laws not just Mike’s Music Market.

What type of account do I need, Buyer or Seller?

For Buyer Accounts: If you simply want to buy on Mike's Music Market, a buyer account is a great solution for you. Although an account isn't required, if you want the ability to see past orders, get exclusive deals, and more, we highly recommend setting up an account. To do this, simply buy an item and make sure the "save my information" box is checked. This will automatically create an account.

For Seller Accounts: If you want to sell items on Mike's Music Market, you will need to set up a Seller's account. To do this, click the "Sell" button on the top right of your screen from the home page. Follow the prompts from there.
